Amtex LLC was opened by Howard Lichtenberger in 1990 as a supplier of knitting machine parts, sewing machine parts, mill supplies and tools for the textile industry. Striving to supply quality yet affordable parts in a timely manner has kept us growing with a reliable reputation. As the industry has changed, we have adapted as well to maintain dependable and competitive services. We have also branched out to other areas such as large diameter knitting, spinning operations and industrial supplies. Many parts for older machines are becoming obsolete so we have also developed many resources to get almost any item made in order to support our desire to keep the textile industry thriving!
Michelle Freeman
Michelle Freeman started in the family business for Amtex LLC in 2004. She quickly became familiar with textile parts supply, began sales calls and now operates the business with trustworthy, efficient and personable service. Michelle calls on customers in and out of the U.S.A. and considers it an honor to serve the textile industry.
